Really, I’m SOOOO glad we persevered with the equipment challenge overseas etc! Absolutely everyone has mentioned to me how much they enjoyed your function band. I knew you would make the night special and I’m so pleased I was right. You’ve been super professional to deal with and I’ve really enjoyed organising this with you. I’ll certainly be recommending you to everyone that ever asks/needs a party band.

Thanks so much for accommodating our musical requests too, the set list worked so well (I still can’t stop singing ‘forget you’) and actually I’m really happy we were late and that you played one big set (although this was harder work for you..) It worked really well on the night and people just got more and more into the dancing. I did stress Mario out a bit telling him to forget the pudding so we could dance – I don’t think he’s used to this sort of request! ‘Don’t stop me now’ was amazing too!

It’s certainly been the best day of our lives to date and you were such a massive part of that. We’ll never forget it. Hopefully the photographers will have some pics of you playing, so I’ll send some through when I get them. Please send our ‘thank yous’ to the rest of the band. Dear Toby, I wanted to let you know that The Masqueraders were absolutely fantastic AGAIN! Our ball last Saturday was a great success thanks to the amazing music. Unfortunately the music couldn’t start as early as planned because inevitably other proceedings overran. But Jake and the other band members were really understanding and made sure that we didn’t miss out at all on the time that we had paid for. Those who had never heard The Masqueraders before were nothing but impressed, while those for whom it was the second time were delighted to hear them once more. The dancefloor was packed from the minute they began and people who don’t usually stay the course were to be seen dancing right to the very last note! Any dealings I have had with Deborah have been efficient and helpful. You are all a joy to work with and on behalf of the JPA Ball Committee I would like to thank you all for providing such wonderful musical entertainment for us one again. Hey Deborah, Well where can I begin? I thought you guys were absolutely fantastic. I woke up to a foot of snow the morning of my wedding day and I was so worried that all of the services wouldn’t be able to make it, including the band. Toby rang me in the morning and was one of the only people that said to me that you guys would DEF be there, instead of some other phone calls that I took that day that said they would ‘try their best’ etc… it was one of the most reassuring phone calls I took that day. I didn’t even notice you guys setting up, then all of a sudden you were there. The music and singing was out of this world, due to the snow I was so worried that everyone would leave early, but I think the fact that the wedding band were so good encouraged people to stay much later than I thought. You guys were just absolutely brilliant, and I cannot thank you enough. Heather and Edward x

“I love the fact that every time I work with Toby, we seem to get a better outcome for our corporate entertainment each time – pretty rare for a 7 year relationship. I would trust his judgment on how to play a particular audience above anyone else I know…. More recently, I worked with the Air Guitar Band, and all I can say is it was quite simply one of the best musical nights I have had in a long time. When you are responsible for the event it’s sometimes hard to enjoy the evening, but there was no danger of that here. Firstly, ALL the guys can really play. Then, the energy was non stop. By the end….well. I didn’t want it to end and neither did the audience. I am actively trying to find excuses to book AGB again – what a fantastic rock covers band. They were that good. Everyone should experience them…”
